Purpose of the event
Thanks to the high technologies in the processed fishery techniques and freshness management, rich varieties, tasty and quality Japanese seafood and processed fishery products have been made available in various parts of the world, which have been highly evaluated by many overseas markets and consumers.
This time, in facing the increasing demand for seafood produce of Japan, as a seafood council, we managed to secure the largest ever exhibitors to hold a business matching that would meet the needs of the buyers. At the event, there will also be a famous sushi chef doing sushi demonstration and offering food tasting.
We look forward to active participation of seafood products buyers around the world in this business matching.
